大力推行工学结合,突出实践能力培养,改革人才培养模式,是全面提高高职教育教学质量的根本方法。本文分析了工学结合人才培养模式的基本特征,介绍了几种具有典型代表的工学结合人才培养模式的主要形式,对工学结合人才培养模式可持续发展提出了科学的思考与建议。
Vigorously promoting the combination of work and study, highlighting practical ability training, reforming the talent training mode is the fundamental method to comprehensively improve the teaching quality of higher vocational education. This paper analyzes the basic characteristics of the combination of work and study, introduces the main forms of the combination of work and study with typical representatives, and puts forward scientific thinking and advice on the sustainable development of the combination of work and study.
