[Purpose / Significance] To compare the evaluation results of different academic evaluation indexes such as Altmetrics score, F1000, and Comment paper. [Methods / Procedures] Cited the literature on two topics of medical informatics and diabetes to find citations, Altmetrics scores, F1000 scores, the number of Comment articles and periodical 5IF published in 2012, and calculated the academic marks according to the corresponding parameters. The Spearman test was used to analyze the correlation of each index. [Results / Conclusions] A total of 57 articles of medical informatics and 60 themed articles on diabetes were published in 2012, which were recommended and commented by F1000. There was a correlation between the academic scores of the two sample articles and the number of Altmetrics and Comment papers and no correlation with the F1000 score. The impact of individual articles on the evaluation of all indicators have a certain significance, their different emphases, independent and complementary but irreplaceable.
