四川省中江县人武部结合工作实际,通过近两年的探索,出台了“四个一”的业务学习措施,收到了较好效果。 两年前,部党委围绕培养人才总体规划,通过探索大胆论证,决定在人武部机关开展“四个一”的业务学习活动:每周布置一个学习课目、每月进行一次业务考试、每季度开展一次作业展评、每半年进行一次小结讲评。以新设科目促学习,以考试检验效果,以作业展评比高低,小结讲评找差距。如今部党委已把措施变成了部里的规定,使新调入干部用最短的时间融入到武装部系统中来,使所有机关干部业务精起来,有力地推进了机关业务学习的开展。
