自任中学教师以来,一直注重于数学学科的教学研究,由于平时的认真教学,深入研究教法,经过多年的努力,获取了很多宝贵的教学经验,并取得了较好的成绩。学者,教师是教的主体,学生是学的主体,因此要了解和分析学生情况,有针对性地教,这样对教学效果是很重要的。一方面,就我们的学生而言,数学基础比较薄弱,另一方面,上课课堂气氛比较活跃,学生比较主动积极。但中等生、次等生占较大比例,尖子生相对较少,因此,讲得太难太深,不能照顾到整体
