不久前笔者去一些企业调研,发现不少企业对销售买断制表现出了浓厚的兴趣。一些企业推行销售买断制起到了一定的作用,例如销售业绩得到了提升,库存明显减少,销售人员的积极性被调动起来,管理费用也有所下降。这种情况对于面临销售疲软局面的企业,无疑是好事。然而,听了有关企业的介绍后,笔者产生了疑问:销售买断制所带来的销售繁荣能否长期维持?对企业的管理工作又会提出怎样的要求?思考这些问题,笔者认为,销售买断制的推行对企业销售工作既可能是一针强心剂,也可能隐含着巨大的管理风险,如果处理不当,将会给企业带来诸多后遗症。因此,应持慎重的态度。
