对不同产区、不同树龄、不同生长期的200多个银杏叶样品,用HPLC法检测其银杏内酯和白果内酯的含量。发现用于生产银杏叶提取物(GBE)的原料银杏叶中萜内酯含量差异很大,它是影响GBE质量和成本的关键;银杏幼树(1~6年生)实生苗叶萜内酯含量高,一般为030%~0.50%,大树叶含量低,一般<010%;我国各主要银杏产区都有萜内酯含量≥040%的优质银杏叶;不同地区有不同的最佳采叶期。
More than 200 Ginkgo biloba samples from different producing areas, different ages and different growth stages were assayed for ginkgolides and bilobalide by HPLC. It was found that the contents of terpene lactones in Ginkgo biloba leaves used as raw materials for the production of Ginkgo biloba extract (GBE) varied greatly, which was the key to the quality and cost of GBE.
