文字教材是远程教育中重要的学习媒体之一,其质量直接影响着学生学习的感受和效果。为了解远程教育文字教材的实际使用情况,从文字教材使用者角度出发,应用学生满意度调查方法,研制了学生满意度问卷,探索并实践了大规模学生调查的数据采集方式和手段。旨在通过对学生满意度的监测,为远程教育文字教材质量和学生满意度的提升提供切实的依据,从而促进教育教学改革的不断深化,同时也为开放教育分级教学环境下的课程评价的研究提供了典型案例和新思路。
Textbooks are one of the most important learning media in distance education, whose quality directly affects the students’ learning experience and effect. In order to understand the actual use of the textbooks for distance education, this paper uses the method of student satisfaction survey to develop a questionnaire of student satisfaction, and explores and practices the data collection methods and means of large-scale student surveys. The purpose is to provide a solid basis for improving the quality of distance education textbooks and students’ satisfaction through the monitoring of student satisfaction so as to promote the deepening of education and teaching reform, and also to study the curriculum evaluation under the open teaching environment Provides a typical case and new ideas.
