应用微电极细胞外记录神经元单位放电方法,研究腹腔注射α-促黑激素(α-MSH)对正常及发热大鼠下丘脑前部-视前区(PO/AH)温度敏感神经元放电活动的影响。α-MSH对记录到的9例正常大鼠,9例发热大鼠的热敏神经元均表现出增频作用,而对4例正常大鼠,1例发热大鼠的冷敏神经元表现出抑频效应。经t检验,α-MSH对热敏神经元影响有统计学意义。结果提示:α-MSH是经调控温度敏感神经元的活动来参与体温调节及发热反应的。
To study the effect of intra-peritoneal injection of α-MSH on discharge activity of temperature-sensitive neurons in hypothalamic anterior-preoptic area (PO / AH) in normal and febrile rats, Impact. α-MSH showed up-regulation of heat sensitive neurons in 9 normal rats and 9 fever rats, while cold sensitive neurons in 4 normal rats and 1 fever rat showed Suppression effect. After t-test, α-MSH had a significant effect on heat-sensitive neurons. The results suggest that α-MSH is involved in the regulation of body temperature and fever response through the regulation of temperature-sensitive neuronal activity.
