目的探究大蒜素对蟾蜍离体心脏的作用机制。方法采用斯氏离体蛙心灌流方法,通过BL420E描记心脏收缩力及心率变化,观察大蒜素溶液对离体心脏的心肌收缩力和心率的影响,并研究大蒜素对肾上腺素、氯化钙心肌收缩量效关系曲线的影响。结果 1大蒜素溶液使蟾蜍离体心脏的心肌收缩力减弱,心率减慢。在1.652×10-6~1.652×10-2mol/L浓度范围内,大蒜素溶液抑制心肌收缩力的作用与剂量之间呈现明显的量效关系,最大效应可使心肌收缩力降低68%。2大蒜素溶液可使肾上腺素及氯化钙对心脏的兴奋作用降低。结论大蒜素溶液可抑制蟾蜍离体心脏的收缩力和心率,其作用可能与其抑制β受体,抑制细胞外钙内流有关。
Objective To investigate the mechanism of allicin on isolated heart of Toad. Conclusion Allicin solution can inhibit contractile force and heart rate of toad isolated heart, which may be related to the inhibition of β receptor and the inhibition of extracellular calcium influx.
