用甲基异丁酮(MIBK)萃取-石墨炉塞曼原子吸收法分析了岩石、矿石中含ppb级的金.本法检出限约为1ppb.将含金0~7μg的试样用王水分解后制成2M盐酸溶液.用MIBK萃取,萃取液用0.5M盐酸洗涤,用微量注射器抽取10~30μl萃取液注入石墨炉测定吸光度.主要干扰元素有锡、汞、碲及锇,上述元素的1万倍与金量共存时,受到±20%的影响.用加拿大,南非的地质标样验证了本法的准确度,且与火法试金进行了比较,证明本法也可应用于精矿及其它矿石.
Rock samples were analyzed by MIBK with Graphite furnace Zeeman atomic absorption spectrometry, and the gold content in the ore was about ppb. The detection limit of this method was about 1 ppb. The samples containing 0 ~ 7μg gold 2M Hydrochloric acid solution was made after water decomposition, extracted with MIBK, the extract was washed with 0.5M hydrochloric acid, 10 ~ 30μl extraction solution was injected into graphite furnace with micro syringe to determine absorbance.The main interference elements are tin, mercury, tellurium and osmium, the above elements Of the 10,000 times and the amount of gold coexist, affected by ± 20% .By using the geological standard samples of Canada and South Africa, the accuracy of this method was verified and compared with fire test gold, which proves that this method can also be applied to Concentrates and other ores.
