铁路沿线水土流失及其带来的灾害严重威胁铁路运输安全。研究人员开始着手水土流失监测及灾害预警研究工作。但新建铁路沿线人烟稀少地段的水土流失监测及灾害预警仍然比较困难。核心问题就是远程数据传输存在成本高、通讯距离短、通讯效果差等问题,采用其它的信息回收实时性及可靠性差。基于覆盖范围广的GSM网络的短消息信息成熟技术,设计了基于公共GSM短消息信息平台,实现了现场数据降雨量和土壤流失量远程监测及基于监测数据分析实时灾害预警系统,取得了良好的实验效果,推广应用将产生重大的社会和经济效益。
Soil and water loss along the railway and the disasters caused by it seriously threaten the railway transport safety. Researchers began to monitor soil erosion and disaster early warning research. However, the monitoring of soil and water loss and warning of disasters in the sparsely populated areas along the new railway are still difficult. The core issue is the long-distance data transmission costs are high, short distance communication, poor communication and other issues, the use of other real-time information recovery and poor reliability. Based on the matured technology of short message information in GSM networks, a public GSM short message information platform is designed to realize the remote monitoring of rainfall and soil loss in the field data and real-time disaster warning system based on monitoring data. Experimental results, promote the use of major social and economic benefits.
