泸天化股份公司热电车间2004年建成两台130t/h循环流化床锅炉后,只进行了满负荷验收测试,随着公司生产负荷需求的变化,对锅炉低负荷提出了较高的要求。分析了影响锅炉低负荷运行能力因素,提出改进方法,以实现锅炉低负荷运行。 After the completion of two 130t / h circulating fluidized bed boilers in 2004, Lutianhua Cogeneration Plant conducted only full load acceptance tests. As the production load requirements of the Company changed, higher requirements were placed on the low load of the boilers. The influencing factors of low load capacity of boiler are analyzed, and an improved method is put forward to realize low load operation of boiler.
