发放奖金是我们财会工作人员的一项经常工作,年年做,月月做,可是从来没有想到过它和逻辑有什么关系。这个学期学了逻辑之后发现,发奖金和逻辑不但有关系,而且关系还是十分密切的呢! 我厂劳资科发过一份《奖会发放制度》,其中有一条是这样规定的:凡半脱产读书的职工,其奖金须根据实际工作时间按比例发放;凡全脱产三个月以上一年以内读书的职工,每月发放奖学金8元。看到这个规定,我觉得有问题,不知怎样执行才好,但究竟是什么问题,一下子还不大讲得清
