目的观察消毒除铬吸附球杀菌效果和使用安全性以及除水中铬的效果。方法采用载体定量杀菌试验和动物试验法以及仪器分析方法,对含聚六亚甲基胍与壳聚糖吸附剂的纤维素过滤材料吸附球杀菌效果等进行了检测。结果以500 mg/L消毒除铬复合过滤吸附剂用量,作用2 min,对载体上金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌平均杀灭率为99.99%;作用5 min,对白色念珠菌杀灭率均达99.99%。消毒除铬复合过滤吸附球与井水作用1 h后,吸附祛除重金属Cr(VI)效率达98.92%。小鼠急性经口LD50>5000 mg/kg(体重);蓄积系数K>5,为弱蓄积毒性;该剂原液对家兔完整皮肤刺激反应积分均值为0;小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验和精子畸形试验均为阴性。结论该吸附球具有良好杀菌效果,可有效除去井水中铬,属实际无毒级物质。
