变态反应的慢反应物质(简称SRS-A)是速发型过敏反应过程中从人肺组织释放的主要化学介质,其主要作用是使人的气管和支气管平滑肌收缩,作用较组织胺缓慢而持久。SRS-A可能是使支气管持续性痉挛收缩的原因之一。而且SRS-A主要是使微小支气管平滑肌收缩,而对大的支气管作用不明显。将哮喘病人的肺叶(因肺癌切下的)进行灌注,用过敏原进行攻击,发现哮喘病人的肺组织能释放出大量的SRS-A,而其释放时间较组织胺持久。未发作的哮喘病人气雾吸入SRS-A溶液,能诱发哮喘发作,支气管分泌增加,并出现
Allergen Slow Response Substance (SRS-A) is the main chemical mediator released from human lung tissue during immediate hypersensitive reaction.
