随着石油、化工、机械、通信等电子产品日新月异的发展 ,混合电路已经成为电子产品追求稳定性、可靠性、小型化、多功能和轻量化以及高密度组装的重要手段之一。文章简要介绍了混合电路的基本制作工艺 ,指出了混合电路的主要优点 ,并详细介绍了核测井仪器中经常使用的高压模块HVM和信号采集处理模块SPM两种混合电路。采用混合电路技术开发研制的自然伽马测井仪 ,在长庆油田现场使用结果表明 :仪器的重复性、一致性好 ,测量精度高 ,操作简单 ,维修方便
With the rapid development of electronic products such as petroleum, chemical industry, machinery and telecommunications, hybrid circuits have become one of the most important means for electronic products in pursuit of stability, reliability, miniaturization, multifunctionality and weight saving as well as high density assembly. This paper introduces the basic manufacturing process of the hybrid circuit briefly, points out the main advantages of the hybrid circuit, and introduces in detail two kinds of hybrid circuits, the HVM and the signal acquisition and processing module SPM, which are often used in nuclear logging instruments. The use of hybrid circuit technology developed by Gamma logging tool, field use in Changqing Oilfield results show that: the instrument repeatability, consistency, high accuracy, simple operation, easy maintenance
