Wheat rosette stunt virus （WRSV） contains an RNA-dependent RNA polymerase. The RNA polymerase activity is associated with the viral nucleocapsid （NP）.In vitro transcription of purified NP required all of the four nucleoside triphosphates and Mg2+.There wa
