Er:YAG激光的波长与水的最大吸收峰值相吻合,能量可被眼组织高度吸收、穿透浅、达到消融、切割眼组织的目的。实验证明,Er:YAG激光不仅可用于屈光性角膜手术,还可用于虹膜切除、巩膜造口、玻璃体机化膜切除等其它眼科手术。Er:YAG激光以其消融切割效率高、结构紧凑、性能稳定、对组织无致畸致癌作用、无毒无害等特点,为激光在眼科的应用开拓一新领域,相信不久将应用于临床。
The wavelength of Er: YAG laser agrees with the maximum absorption peak of water. The energy of the Er: YAG laser can be highly absorbed by the ocular tissue and penetrate through it to achieve the purpose of ablating and cutting the ocular tissue. Experiments show that, Er: YAG laser can not only be used for refractive corneal surgery, but also for iris resection, scleral stoma, vitrification and other eye surgery. Er: YAG laser has the advantages of high ablation and cutting efficiency, compact structure, stable performance, no teratogenic and carcinogenic effects on tissues, and is non-toxic and harmless. It is a new field of laser application in ophthalmology and is believed to be used clinically in the near future.
