地处山区的浙江省新昌县小将中学,自1975年起,开展微生物在林业生产上应用的科学试验,先后在幼杉树的根际和根际土壤中分离出23种菌株,经过两年筛选,得到一种菌株AI(经鉴定,该菌株属紫微青霉系).两年来,用该菌株对杉木进行接菌移栽对比试验,观察到接菌有明显的促进杉木生长作用.表现为:株高、主茎粗、主茎长均比对照分别增长31%、24%、52%;外观明显比对照叶色浓绿、健壮、挺拨.组织结构分析,主茎的嫩茎表面和树皮,比对照增厚;形成层细胞显
