咪唑啉及其衍生物在较高浓度的H_2S环境中,具有很好的抑制N80钢材腐蚀的作用,是一种很有发展前途的缓蚀剂。本文介绍了用改进的质量损失法及电化学方法在5%NaCl+0.05%HAC+饱和H_2S环境中对室内合成的咪唑啉样品进行缓蚀试验的研究结果。试验结果表明,100mg/L浓度的缓蚀剂在pH=4~6、80℃和饱和H_2S的条件下,缓蚀效率可达85%以上,最高可达95%以上。
Imidazoline and its derivatives in a higher concentration of H_2S environment, has a good inhibition of N80 steel corrosion, is a promising development of corrosion inhibitors. This paper presents the results of a study on the corrosion inhibition of imidazolines synthesized indoors in a 5% NaCl + 0.05% HAC + saturated H 2 S environment by the improved mass loss method and electrochemical method. The experimental results showed that the corrosion inhibition efficiency of 100 mg / L corrosion inhibitor was above 85% at pH = 4 ~ 6, 80 ℃ and saturated H 2 S, up to 95%.
