目的:探究健康教育对急诊科患者及其家属自我效能的改变作用。方法:选取2015年1~5月在浙江省舟山医院接受治疗的急诊科患者162例,采用自我效能感量表和一般情况调查表对患者及其家属接受健康教育前后情况进行评估,比较分析。结果:经过有效的健康教育后,急诊科患者及其家属的自我效能感较行健康教育前良好。结论:健康教育可有效提高急诊科患者及其家属的自我效能,帮助患者树立战胜疾病的信心,有效促进患者康复。
Objective: To explore the effect of health education on the self-efficacy of emergency patients and their families. Methods: A total of 162 emergency department patients treated in Zhoushan Hospital of Zhejiang Province from January to May 2015 were selected. The self-efficacy scale and general situation questionnaire were used to evaluate and compare the situation of patients and their families before and after receiving health education. Results: After effective health education, ED patients and their families had better self-efficacy than before health education. Conclusion: Health education can effectively improve the self-efficacy of emergency department patients and their families, help patients to establish the confidence to overcome the disease and effectively promote the rehabilitation of patients.
