为给永磁强磁选机的改进提供参数依据,利用MagNet软件,对采用挤压和铠装等聚磁技术设计的单元永磁磁系结构进行了磁场特性有关参数的研究。结果表明:软铁厚度、环形磁体内外径、扇形磁体宽度等结构参数均是影响单元磁系结构磁场特性的参数,单元磁系结构的磁感应强度分别当软铁厚度为4 mm、环形磁体内外径差30 mm时和扇形磁体宽度30 mm时存在着最优关系。
In order to provide the parameter basis for the improvement of permanent magnetism magnetic separator, MagNet software was used to study the parameters of the magnetic properties of the unit permanent magnetism magnetic system designed by using the technology of poly-magnetism, such as extrusion and armor. The results show that the structural parameters such as the thickness of soft iron, the inner and outer diameters of annular magnet and the width of fan-shaped magnet all are the parameters that affect the magnetic properties of unit magnetism. The magnetic induction intensity of unit magnetism structure are respectively as follows: There is an optimal relationship when the difference is 30 mm and the width of the sector magnet is 30 mm.
