在分析飞机防滑刹车系统的组成及其原理上,设计了一种以DSP为核心的新型数字防滑刹车控制器,结合飞机防滑刹车系统的功能要求,采用速度差加压力偏调(PD+PBM)控制算法,提出了基于定点TMS320F240DSP的数字式智能飞机防滑刹车控制器的设计方案,完成了飞机防滑刹车控制器的软硬件设计及系统调试。试验结果表明,防滑刹车控制系统工作稳定可靠,结构简单,易于实现,能够满足飞机全电防滑刹车的要求。
Based on the analysis of the composition and principle of the aircraft anti-skid braking system, a new type of digital anti-skid brake controller based on DSP is designed. Combining the speed difference plus pressure deviation (PD + PBM) with the functional requirements of the aircraft anti-skid braking system, Control algorithm, a design scheme of digital intelligent aircraft anti-skid brake controller based on fixed-point TMS320F240DSP is proposed, and the software and hardware design and system debugging of the aircraft anti-skid brake controller are completed. The test results show that the anti-skid brake control system is stable and reliable, simple in structure and easy to implement, and can meet the requirements of the all-electric anti-skid brakes.
