There is still debate about the relationship between a diet and the headache induced or aggravated. The author describes the following three issues based on what is generally agreed. A general dietary factor is fasting. Hypoglycemia can cause headache in some headache patients, especially migraines. Blau and Cuming (1966) left 12 migraine sufferers fasting for 19 hours, of whom 6 had migraine attacks 11-14 hours after the onset of fasting. The authors of this article have demonstrated that migraine attacks may develop in the reactive hypoglycemic episodes of induced hyperglycemia; and disorders of the normal regulation of sugars in migraine sufferers may be beneficial for low-sugar diets.
