Dino, whose real name is Liao Ming He, was born in 1976 in Taipei. In the middle of the country, he was mixed with the rock field. In the early years, he was a bass player in the clip group. He uniquely created the noise with a very primitive analog (analog) electronic circuit. He also plays pu-erh tea, sorghum, engraving and essay calligraphy and painting. His writing can hardly be placed in any existing art or traditional art frame. His writing is often classified as “industrial noise ”(An anti-cultural movement that started in the 1970s), but this classification is completely beyond reach
