目的:通过研究白细胞介素-1α(IL-1α)在中耳胆脂瘤和肉芽组织中的表达情况,探讨其在中耳炎发病机制中的作用。方法:通过免疫组化二步法观察IL-1α在47例中耳炎患者中耳胆脂瘤、肉芽组织和正常外耳道皮肤中的表达,并采用计算机图像分析系统对其表达进行分析。结果:IL-1α在胆脂瘤中的表达灰度值与其骨质破坏能力呈负相关(r=-0.890,P<0.01),在肉芽组织中的表达灰度值与其骨质破坏能力亦呈负相关(r=-0.844,P<0.01)。结论:IL-1α在胆脂瘤和肉芽组织形成过程中发挥着重要的作用,且与胆脂瘤和肉芽组织引起的骨质破坏能力相关。
Objective: To investigate the role of IL-1α in the pathogenesis of otitis media by studying the expression of interleukin-1α (IL-1α) in middle ear cholesteatoma and granulation tissue. Methods: The expression of IL-1α in 47 cases of middle ear cholesteatoma, granulation tissue and normal external auditory canal skin was observed by immunohistochemical two-step method. The expression of IL-1α was analyzed by computer image analysis system. Results: The expression of IL-1α in cholesteatoma was negatively correlated with its bone destruction ability (r = -0.890, P <0.01). The expression of IL-1α in granulation tissue and its ability to destroy bone were also significantly decreased Negative correlation (r = -0.844, P <0.01). Conclusion: IL-1α plays an important role in the formation of cholesteatoma and granulation tissue, and is related to the ability of bone destruction caused by cholesteatoma and granulation tissue.
