In the business world, rights protection usually refers to safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of employees. The author once served as board chairman and general manager in a state-owned medium-sized enterprise, and is still the manager of a wholly state-owned company. Years of work practice, I deeply understand that the director of state-owned enterprises, managers also need rights. Among state-owned factory managers and managers, there are many who are both good at study and study. They have a professionalism and a sense of responsibility.
