目的对0~5岁儿童手足口病发病风险进行评级。方法采用Logistic回归分析各年龄段发病率相对0月龄~组的风险值,分析宁波市鄞州区2010-2012年0~5岁手足口病病例年龄分布特征。结果 0~5岁内儿童,发病风险呈正偏锋分布,0~11月龄发病风险较低,12~23月龄风险最高,从24~71月龄发病风险逐渐递减。结论发病风险度由高到低为12~23月龄>(24~35月龄与36~47月龄)>(0~11月龄与48~59月龄)>60~71月龄,在手足口病防控中应对高危年龄段儿童重点加强预防。
Objective To evaluate the risk of HFMD in children aged 0 ~ 5 years. Methods The Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the risk of each age group from 0 months to the age group. The age distribution characteristics of 0 ~ 5 years old HFMD in 2010-2012 in Yinzhou District of Ningbo City were analyzed. Results The children with 0-5 years old had a positive PFS distribution. The risk of 0- to 11-month-old children was low, the risk was highest at 12- to 23-month-olds, and the risk decreased from 24-71 months of age. Conclusions The risk of onset is from 12 to 23 months old (24 to 35 months and 36 to 47 months)> (0 to 11 months and 48 to 59 months)> 60 to 71 months Hand, foot and mouth disease prevention and treatment of high-risk children should focus on prevention.
