四、影响双相钢力学及加工工艺性能的因素 1.马氏体含量的影响大量工作表明,在V_M(马氏体体积)<50%时,双相钢的σ_a和σ_b都大致随V_M的增大而呈直线关系上升(见图23),δ_t(总延伸率),δ_M(均匀延伸率)和加工硬化指数n则大致随V_M的增大而直线下降,(图24)。至于V_M与双相钢强度与延性之间的关系目前尚无公认的数学表达式来表示。
