我国的基层事业单位是服务型机构,其财务管理主要包括预算管理、资产管理、人员管理及内部控制和监督管理等方面等几个方面,随着社会经济的发展,社会各界越来越关注基层事业单位在财务管理方面是否合法、合理、合规。事实上,基层事业单位的财务管理在各方面都存在着一些问题,一定程度上影响了我国基层事业单位的改革工作。本文就基层事业单位当前财务方面存在的问题进行简要分析,并就其提出相应对策。 The grass-roots institutions in our country are service-oriented organizations.
