成骨细胞指数(OBI)和破骨细胞指数(OCI)是反映骨代谢中骨形成和骨吸收的重要指标,作者对去势所致骨质疏松大鼠的OBI和OCI分别以骨小梁面积和周长为参照体系进行了比较测定,并讨论了以骨小梁体积、面积与周长分别作为参照体系所测OBI和OCI的意义和优缺点,结果显示以周长为参照体系所得OBI和OCI更能反映骨代谢特点,且测定方法简便,建议在进行骨质疏松和其它代谢性骨病研究和体内药物疗效评价时,统一采用这种方法,以便相互比较。
Osteoblast index (OBI) and osteoclast index (OCI) are important indicators reflecting bone formation and bone resorption in bone metabolism. The authors used OBI and OCI for osteoporosis in ovariectomized rats with trabecular area, respectively. Perimeter and the perimeter were compared and measured for the reference system. The significance and advantages and disadvantages of the OBI and OCI measured using the trabecular bone volume, area and perimeter as the reference system were discussed. The results showed that the perimeter was the reference system and the OBI and OBI were obtained. OCI can better reflect the characteristics of bone metabolism, and the measurement method is simple. It is recommended that when conducting osteoporosis and other metabolic bone disease research and drug efficacy evaluation in vivo, this method should be adopted uniformly to compare with each other.
