对武汉市12~14岁儿童鼻咽携带溶血性链球菌(HS)及教室空气中检测结果表明:鼻携带HS为15.3%、咽25.6%、鼻咽3.4%,鼻携带HS以春>冬>夏、秋(P均<0.05),咽仅以秋>冬(P<0.05);教室空气中HS春>冬(P<0.05),HS日变化春季大冬季小,HS日峰值除夏季在第一节课外.其他季节在第二节课,HS在冬季早读即可检出。研究表明:HS是室内空气微生物流行病学最直接和最有说明力的指标。
