研制出一种新型色散补偿光纤光栅——波长取样啁啾光纤光栅 ,它具有 1 0个周期性为 0 .8nm的波长结构 ,每个周期的反射特性和色散特性都基本相同 ,其带宽为 0 .6nm、峰值反射率为 90 %、色散量为 1 30 0 ps/nm、时延抖动小于 5 0 ps,光栅长度为 1 0 cm。利用此波长取样啁啾光纤光栅 ,在 8× 1 0 Gb/s波分复用 ( WDM)系统中 ,进行了 NRZ码 1 40 km标准单模光纤的色散补偿实验 ,补偿效果良好。
A new type of dispersion-compensated fiber grating-wavelength sampling chirped fiber grating has been developed. It has 10 wavelength structures with periodicity of 0.8 nm. The reflection and dispersion characteristics of each period are basically the same. The bandwidth is 0 .6 nm, a peak reflectivity of 90%, a dispersion of 1.300 ps / nm, a delay jitter of less than 50 ps, and a grating length of 10 cm. With the chirped fiber grating sampled at this wavelength, the dispersion compensation experiment of NRZ code 1 40 km standard single-mode fiber was carried out in 8 × 10 4 Gb / s wavelength division multiplexing (WDM) system, and the compensation effect is good.
