报道了腔内倍频Yb:YAG/BIBO 515nm薄片激光器,Yb:YAG晶体掺杂浓度(原子数分数)为10%,几何尺寸为11mm×420μm,高反面经Cr/Au金属化处理后,采用铟焊工艺焊接到微通道水冷热沉上。理论上计算了抽运光吸收效率和注入光斑半径。耦合系统为四程抽运结构,球面镜规格为直径=26mm,曲率半径ρ=50mm,倍频晶体选用按Ⅰ类临界相位匹配角度切割的BIBO,相位匹配角度(θ,Φ)=(166.7°,90°)。在24.9 W注入抽运功率下,515nm激光最高输出功率可达680mW,光-光转换效率为2.73%。
The intracavity frequency doubled Yb: YAG / BIBO 515nm thin-film laser was reported. The doping concentration of Yb: YAG crystal was 10%, the geometrical size was 11mm × 420μm. After the high-side surface was Cr / Au metallized, Using indium welding process to micro-channel water-cooled heat sink. In theory, the pumping efficiency and the spot radius are calculated. The coupling system is a four-way pumping structure. The spherical mirror has a diameter of = 26mm and a radius of curvature of ρ = 50mm. The frequency multiplying crystal is selected from BIBO cut by classⅠcritical phase matching angle (θ, Φ) = (166.7 ° , 90 °). At 24.9 W injection pump power, the maximum output power of 515 nm laser can reach 680 mW, and the light-to-light conversion efficiency is 2.73%.
