本文复习了武汉医学院病理解剖学教研室1953～1978年间所积存的100余例皮肤恶性黑色素瘤的病理检验材料,并从中选取50例加以仔细观察,结合文献,对本瘤的病理类型,诊断和鉴别诊断方面进行了探讨。结果发现皮肤恶性黑色素瘤除结节型、表浅蔓延型和恶性雀斑型三种基本类型外,尚有小儿恶性黑色 This article reviewed the pathological test materials of more than 100 cases of cutaneous melanoma accumulated in the Department of Pathology and Anatomy, Wuhan Medical College from 1953 to 1978. 50 cases were carefully selected and carefully observed. Combined with literature, the pathological types of this tumor were diagnosed and identified. The diagnosis was discussed. The results showed that in addition to the three basic types of nodular, superficial spreading and malignant freckles of malignant melanoma of the skin, there are still malignant black in children.
