目的:建立测定复方电解质葡萄糖MG3注射液中乳酸钠的含量方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱条件为ODS C18为色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为甲酸-二环己胺-水(1∶1∶998);流速为1.0mL.min-1;进样量为20μL;柱温为28℃;检测波长为210 nm。结果:乳酸钠在1.76~4.11 mg.mL-1内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为Y=311 986.4 X+15 815.7,r=0.999 1;平均回收率为99.68%,RSD为0.81%。结论:本方法操作简便,测定快速,结果准确可靠,不受其他成分的干扰,可用于复方电解质葡萄糖MG3注射液的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a method for determination of sodium lactate in compound electrolyte glucose MG3 injection. Methods: The chromatographic conditions were ODS C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) and the mobile phase was formic acid-dicyclohexylamine-water (1: 1: 998) .min-1; injection volume was 20μL; column temperature was 28 ℃; detection wavelength was 210 nm. Results: The linear range of lactate was 1.76 ~ 4.11 mg.mL-1, the regression equation was Y = 311 986.4 X + 15 815.7, r = 0.999 1, the average recovery was 99.68% and the RSD was 0.81% . Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid determination, accurate and reliable results, without interference from other components, can be used for the determination of compound electrolyte glucose MG3 injection.
