雇佣关系是社会交换的交互作用能够使得交换双方形成具有回报的义务方面有着一致的认知,在现代社会,企业处在一个剧烈动荡、飞快变化着的世界中,此时,传统雇佣契约中的双向承诺平衡被打破了。从长期来看,组织希望得到的是工作能力,员工希望获得的是就业能力,因此,可以说,新型雇佣关系是围绕工作完成、基于就业能力的均衡谈判。本文从员工能力曲线的视角对雇佣关系进行阶段性分析,从而深刻剖析其内涵,以期找到现代雇佣关系在各阶段的特点,为企业-员工双方雇佣关系的改善和持续性发展提供理论支撑。
The employment relationship is an interaction of social exchange that enables both parties to exchange a common understanding of the obligation to generate returns.
