在分析锰对奥贝球铁组织和性能影响的基础上,研究了用高锰生铁生产奥贝球铁的方法。结果表明,采用强化孕育处理等工艺,可使含锰0.7%左右的奥贝球铁具有较理想的金相组织和力学性能。用它代替20CrMnTi钢制造发动机齿轮,可获得显著的经济效益。
Based on the analysis of the effect of manganese on the microstructure and properties of Oberbaum ductile iron, the method of producing the austempering ductile iron with high manganese pig iron was studied. The results show that the austenitized ductile iron with about 0.7% manganese content has the better microstructure and mechanical properties by the strengthening and concealing treatment. Use it instead of 20CrMnTi steel engine gear, you can get significant economic benefits.
