银鲈的染色体和同工酶分析

采用肾细胞直接制片法获取银鲈(Bidyanus bidyanus)有丝分裂中期染色体。核型分析表明,银 鲈的染色体数2n=48,核型公式为2m+2sm+6st+38t,臂数 NF=52,未发现异型性染色体,但在一条染 色体中发现随体。采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法分析银鲈血清、肝脏、肌肉3种组织的乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、苹 果酸脱氢酶(MDH)、酯酶(EST)等3种同工酶图谱,结果表明3种同工酶在银鲈中有很强的组织特异性。 The mitochondrial metaphase chromosomes of Bidyanus bidyanus were obtained by direct cell direct production method. The karyotype analysis showed that the chromosome number 2n = 48, the karyotype formula was 2m + 2sm + 6st + 38t, arm number NF = 52, no atypia chromosome was found, but the satellite was found in one chromosome. The isozyme patterns of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), malate dehydrogenase (MDH) and esterase (EST) in serum, liver and muscle of seabass were analyzed by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The results showed that the three isozymes had strong tissue specificity in silver bass.
