采用标准的双极工艺,兼顾I~2L和TTL的结构特点,成功地将二者结合在一个芯片上,制成可付整机使用的16位静态移位寄存器。它充分发挥了I~2L的低功耗、高集成密度特点,具有TTL的标准输入、输出特性。它具有数码寄存、移位功能,可广泛用于各类记忆电路中。 针对I~2L-TTL相容结构的特殊问题,本文就电路设计和工艺设计的主要方面进行了讨论。实践表明,在常规的双极工艺水平下,通过合理而仔细的设计,两种逻辑的优越性能充分体现出来。
Bipolar technology using standard, taking into account the structural characteristics of I ~ 2L and TTL, successfully combining the two on a chip, made of the machine can be used to pay 16-bit static shift register. It gives full play to I ~ 2L low power consumption, high integration density characteristics, with TTL standard input and output characteristics. It has a digital storage, shift function, can be widely used in various types of memory circuits. In view of the special problems of I ~ 2L-TTL compatible structure, the main aspects of circuit design and process design are discussed in this paper. Practice shows that at the conventional level of bipolar technology, the superiority of both logic can be fully demonstrated through reasonable and careful design.
