对平辊冷轧过程6 ~36 单元用体积可压缩法刚塑性有限元进行数值模拟, 研究了松弛因子发生的区间和对收敛性的影响。发现松弛因子在0 .5 ~0 .59 之间连续变化时程序收敛, 占取值区间的10 % 。在收敛判据处理上, 电算表明如果泛函的一阶导数逐渐变小,迭代的速度增量逐渐变小至0 , 或者速度变化和能耗率泛函变化逐渐变小, 则迭代收敛。
The rigid-plastic finite element method of volume compressible method for 6 ~ 36 units in the process of cold rolling of flat roll was numerically simulated, and the influence of the interval of relaxation factor and the convergence on convergence was studied.
