为探讨血小板活因子(PAF)及α-肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)在新生儿坏死性小肠结炎(NEC)中的作用,作者测定了12例新生儿NEC血浆PAF、乙酰水解酶(PAF裂解酶)和TNF-α,并选择8例无胃肠道症状和体征的患儿为对照组。结果NEC组2例PNF含量轻度升高(>5ng/ml),10例显著升高(10ng/ml),对照组仅2例>3ng/ml(未超过10ng/ml)。两组比较有极显著差异,提示在感染性或炎症性疾病时PNF含量均可升高,但在NEC时显著性升高。乙酰水解酶使PNF降解为一种生物惰性化合物一可溶性PAF,
In order to investigate the role of platelet activating factor (PAF) and α-tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α) in neonatal necrotizing enterocolitis (NEC), we measured the plasma PAF and acetylhydrolase (PAF) Lyase) and TNF-α.
