综述了超声波在降粘方面的超声波空化作用和超声波乳化作用 ,及超生波油喷嘴的结构特点 ,分析了其作用机理。通过试验验证了超声波的降粘效果 ,介绍了超声波油喷嘴雾化性能的试验研究及结果。
The effects of ultrasonic cavitation and ultrasonic emulsification on the viscosity reduction and the structural features of the ultrasonic oil jet nozzle were summarized. The mechanism of action was also analyzed. The viscosity reducing effect of the ultrasonic wave was verified through experiments. The experimental research and the results of the atomizing performance of the ultrasonic oil nozzle were introduced.
