研究AKD施胶剂对杨木APMP浆的施胶性能,对比PA、PAE、PEI和醋酸盐壳聚糖对AKD施胶的促进效果,同时考察助留体系对施胶效果的影响。结果表明:醋酸盐壳聚糖对AKD施胶促进效果优越,其用量为胶乳的0.2%时,纸页施胶度提高了140%;AKD施胶剂在二元助留体系的施胶效果优于单元助留体系,CPAM和膨润土用量分别为0.03%和0.4%时,纸页的单程留着率提高了8.3%,施胶度提高了197.6%。
The effects of AKD sizing agent on the sizing of poplar APMP pulp were compared. The effects of PA, PAE, PEI and acetate chitosan on the sizing of AKD were compared. Meanwhile, the effects of retention system on sizing effect were investigated. The results showed that the acetate chitosan promoted the sizing of AKD, and the sizing degree of paper was increased by 140% when the amount of latex was 0.2%. The sizing effect of AKD sizing agent in binary retention system Outperforming the unit retention system, the single pass retention of paper sheets increased by 8.3% and the sizing degree increased by 197.6% when the dosage of CPAM and bentonite were 0.03% and 0.4% respectively.
