应日本民间资助财团资料中心的邀请,中国国家自然科学基金会访问代表团一行8人,于1991年11月18日至30日访问了日本。代表团的主要任务是参加在东京召开的第三次中日科学基金讨论会。利用这次机会还访问了日本有关学术领导管理机构,会见了一批民间资助财团的代表,参观访问了几个不同类型的研究所。第三次中日科学基金研讨论是11月21日在东京国际文化馆召开的。我方由团长以“增进了解,加强合作”为题,作了综合性发言,主要介绍1991年中国科学基金工作的一些新情况,并对我委员会五年来的工作做了简要回顾。国际合作局乌家骧局长介绍了基金工作中国际交流合作情况。浙江省基金会秘书长朱明权以“浙江省自然科学基金制度的发展现状与发展战略”为题作了专题发言。代表团中陈明哲、刘耕陶、宗祥福、范元炳4位专家分别就心血管疾病 At the invitation of the Information Center of Japan's Private Funded Consortium, a delegation of 8 members of the China National Natural Science Foundation visited Japan from November 18 to November 30, 1991.
