研究了脉冲磁场下不同的磁场强度和脉冲频率对Al-12.6Si-1Cu合金初生Si和共晶Si组织的影响。在脉冲磁场强度不变的情况下,研究了脉冲频率对共晶Al-Si合金初生Si组织及共晶Si组织的影响。结果表明,随着脉冲频率由0.5Hz增加到2Hz,Al-12.6Si-1Cu合金中初生Si组织和共晶Si组织明显得到细化;当脉冲磁场频率由2Hz继续增加到5Hz时,Al-12.6Si-1Cu合金中初生Si组织和共晶Si组织反而变得粗大。在脉冲磁场的频率为2 Hz的前提下,改变脉冲磁场的强度,结果发现,随着脉冲磁场的强度从5×104 A/m增加到4×105 A/m,Al-12.6Si-1Cu合金中初生Si组织和共晶Si组织得到细化;当脉冲磁场强度由4×105 A/m增加到7×105 A/m时,Al-12.6Si-1Cu合金中初生Si组织和共晶Si组织变得粗大。磁场强度的变化对初生Si及共晶Si影响大于脉冲频率的影响。
The effects of different magnetic field strength and pulse frequency on the microstructure of Si and eutectic Si in Al-12.6Si-1Cu alloy were investigated. The effect of pulse frequency on the microstructure of eutectic Si and eutectic Si in eutectic Al-Si alloy was studied under the condition of constant pulse magnetic field.
