选用在紫外真空紫外波段反射率较高的铝作基底材料,通过光学研磨加工和光学镀膜处理制成漫反射板;建立了紫外真空紫外波段漫反射特性测试研究装置,利用该系统进行漫反射板余弦特性、双向反射比分布函数的测试。结果表明,该漫反射板反射比ρ(od)在315nm处为49%;在正入射情况下,双向反射比分布函数在15°~40°范围内偏差优于11%。
The aluminum reflector with high reflectance in UV-VUV band was selected as the base material, and the diffuse reflectors were made by optical grinding and optical coating. The device for testing the diffuse reflectance of UV-VUV band was established. Cosine characteristics, bidirectional reflectance ratio distribution function test. The results show that the reflectance ρ (od) of the diffuse reflector is 49% at 315 nm. The bi-directional reflectance distribution function is better than 11% in the range of 15 ° -40 ° under normal incidence.
