本文研究了苹果高压电场处理常温保鲜技术。通过实验筛选出了最佳处理强度和处理时间,并对最佳处理组和对照组的苹果进行了生化指标测试。实验说明,苹果经一定强度的直流高压电场处理后,有明显的保鲜效果,是苹果常温贮藏的一种方法,对其它水果和蔬菜的常温保鲜也有一定参考价值。
In this paper, Apple high-voltage electric field treatment at room temperature preservation technology. The optimal treatment intensity and treatment time were screened out through experiments. The biochemical indexes of apple in the best treatment group and control group were tested. Experiments show that after a certain intensity of DC high-voltage electric field treatment, apple has obvious preservation effect, which is a method of storing at normal temperature of apple and has certain reference value to other fruits and vegetables at room temperature.
