河西支分流控制工程位于鸭绿江支流河下游。该工程坝址长９８０ｍ，原有一铁丝石宠漫水坝。拟在原坝址处利用原坝基建一过水坝与挡水坝结合的控制工程。坝体利用当地材料砂卵石填筑．过水坝采用过水土坝型式。溢流面极采用浆砌石砌筑，其上浇注一层钢筋混凝土护面。挑流消能，护坦采用钢筋混凝土“井”字网格，内插毛石的结构。此过水上坝较之混凝土溢流堰方案工程量小，施工简单，可节省投资１００万元。
