为观察牛磺酸对氯化钙引起的大鼠心律失常的保护作用,采用经股静脉推注氯化钙生理盐水溶液,建立SD大鼠心律失常模型,以大鼠发生心率失常频率、强度为指标,比较腹腔预防注射牛磺酸对钙诱发心律失常的对抗作用。结果:剂量为100mg/kg氯化钙生理盐水溶液使全部受试大鼠不同程度地出现心律失常,给牛磺酸200mg/kg,腹腔注射、每d2次、共2d,能减轻模型组室颤发生率(P<0.025)及死亡率(P<0.01)。提示牛磺酸对氯化钙引起的大鼠心律失常有预防作用。
In order to observe the protective effect of taurine on arrhythmia induced by calcium chloride in rats, the rat model of cardiac arrhythmia was established by injecting calcium chloride physiological saline solution through the femoral vein.
